Dietitian Begüm Baştağ was born on 16 May 1992 in Ankara. She completed her primary and secondary education at Arı Schools and her high school education at Gölbaşı Anatolian High School. In 2015 she graduated from Başkent University, Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Nutrition and Dietetics.
During her studies she worked on obesity treatment, child health and nutrition, sports nutrition, weight management, and maternal and child nutrition. Since 2016 she has been working at Özgediyet Nutrition Education and Diet Counselling Centre, providing care in Ankara and, with online support, in many cities around the world.
After completing training in functional medicine in 2020, she has achieved successful results in treating illness from a holistic medical perspective.
